The company SALCE has been founded in 1961 and it has always and only worked in the field of the industrial textile dyeing acquiring, in such a long time, a deep and real knowledge of the operative problems in this sector.
In the first 20 years of its activity, SALCE has designed and manufactured temperature process controllers for the dyeings in production. Simultaneously SALCE has designed and developed a much more evoluted type of controller and made a big step ahead. In fact this device does not allow only the control of the temperature but the control of the whole dyeing process, including the automatic colour kitchen and all the parameters present in a complete dyeing cycle.
Starting from 1980, while going on in the manufacturing and development of controllers, SALCE introduced on the market a new system for automatic chemical dosing.
A few years later, SALCE began to focus its attention on the laboratory developing a prototype of automatic dispenser in its premises.
As a result of the above studies, in 1991 SALCE patented a completely innovative machine based on a revolutionary system of dosing, i.e., fully volumetric.
As a consequence of the big impact of this machine on the market, since more than 20 years the activity of SALCE is 100% concentrated on the dyeing laboratory dosing equipments.
During this period, SALCE has had a constant and significant growth. At the moment, SALCE has installed its dosing machines in more than 30 countries worldwide.
Many of the biggest textile groups worldwide are presently SALCE costumers, as well as dyestuffs and chemicals producers & distributors and R&D institutes.
It’s important to underline that the planning, the development and the manufacturing of machineries and relevant software take place directly in SALCE’s facilities.
In 2011, same year of the ITMA in Barcelona, SALCE has celebrated 50 years of activity, a really prestigious goal to be shared thankfully with everyone who helped to make it possible.
SALCE is perfectly conscious that new demands are arriving and will arrive in the near future.
The experience accumulated in decades of activity, joined with an endless passion and deep synergies with many top-level end users of its products, appear to be an excellent precondition for a successful approach to the incoming challenges.
